Đạo giáo (tiếng Trung: 道教) (Đạo nghĩa là con đường, đường đi, giáo là sự dạy dỗ) hay gọi là Tiên Đạo, là một nhánh triết học và tôn giáo của Trung Quốc, được xem là tôn giáo đặc hữu chính thống của đất nước này.
Nguồn gốc lịch sử của Đạo giáo được xác nhận nằm ở thế kỉ thứ 4 trước CN, khi tác phẩm Đạo Đức kinh của Lão Tử xuất hiện. Các tên gọi khác là Lão giáo, Đạo Lão, Đạo Hoàng Lão, hay Đạo gia, Tiên Giáo.
Đạo giáo là một trong Tam giáo tồn tại từ thời Trung Quốc cổ đại, song song với Nho giáo và Phật giáo. Ba truyền thống tư tưởng nội sinh (Nho-Lão) và ngoại nhập (Phật) này đã ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến nền tảng văn hoá Trung Quốc.
Mặc dù có rất nhiều quan điểm khác biệt nhưng cả ba giáo lý này đã hoà hợp thành một truyền thống.
Ảnh hưởng của Tam giáo trong lĩnh vực tôn giáo và văn hoá vượt khỏi biên giới Trung Quốc, được truyền đến các nước lân cận như Việt Nam, Triều Tiên, Đài Loan và Nhật Bản.
