Tháng 6 là khoảng thời gian rực rỡ và nồng nàn nhất của mùa hạ. Không gian đỏ màu hoa phượng, đỏ cái nhìn của một buổi chia tay, những cậu học sinh vừa mang trong mình bao khát vọng rực lửa, nhưng cũng vừa luyến tiếc cả một khung trời sắp sửa bỏ lại sau lưng, một phần của tuổi thanh xuân mà chắc chắn sẽ không bao giờ gặp lại…
Có những cậu trai cá biệt luôn luôn quậy phá, lì lợm trong giờ học, ấy vậy mà phút cuối cùng lại nhút nhát không dám ngỏ một lời thương, có những cô gái vờ như chẳng nỗi niềm chi, ấy vậy mà lại vội vã quay lưng ngăn dòng nước mắt. Tất cả những rung động, nỗi nhớ thương, những nỗi buồn và những nỗi vấn vương vào phút chia tay bỗng bất giác chảy thành dòng lệ. Đâu phải là khóc cơ chứ? Dẫu là mình đang nức nở, dẫu là đôi mắt rưng rưng…
Mãi tới sau này, tháng sáu sau, sau và sau nữa. Mỗi khi tháng sáu hạ về, giữa bộn bề cuộc sống, có kẻ quên đi, kẻ luyến tiếc, có người lại mỉm cười. Ai mà biết được, mỗi người đều cất cho riêng mình những khoảnh khắc đẹp đẽ khác nhau về tháng sáu. Duy một điều, tâm tư của tháng sáu có lẽ sẽ không tròn vẹn nếu thiếu đi những ký ức của một thời áo trắng, một người áo trắng, phải không?
Tháng sáu, có những ngày dầm mưa, cũng có những ngày ngấm nắng. Có cái tĩnh lặng giữa không gian náo nhiệt, ồn ào. Có cái mát dịu dưới hiên trời oi ả và ngột ngạt. Tiếng ve dẫu không còn chảy trên nỗi nhớ, không ai có thể làm ngơ. Bằng lăng không còn tím màu chờ đợi, không ai có thể hững hờ. Tháng sáu – nắng gắt mưa dày, tháng sáu – nồng nàn và rực rỡ…
Tháng sáu nao lòng màu phượng vĩ, tím bằng lăng xao xuyến tâm tư. Tháng sáu mùa thi, mùa của những tất bật, lo toan học trò cuối cấp. Tháng sáu, lúa trải thảm vàng sóng sánh chờ người thu hoạch. Tháng sáu còn đọng lại dư vị ngọt ngào của rất nhiều trái cây vô cùng thơm ngon, quyến rũ.
Mỗi độ hè về, chúng ta lại thỏa thuê với các loại trái cây chín ngọt, thơm hương từ ba miền đất nước. Không chỉ giải nhiệt cái nóng nực của mùa hè, trái cây còn cung cấp nhiều chất bổ dưỡng cho sức khỏe.
Có thể liệt kê một loạt các loại trái cây mùa hè như: mận, xoài, dứa, mít, sầu riêng, thanh long, vải, sấu, măng cụt, dưa, cam, quýt, chuối, bơ,…Mỗi vùng miền có những loại trái cây đặc trưng mà chỉ vùng đất đó trồng mới ngon và cho năng suất cao. Nhưng dù bạn ở miền Bắc, miền Trung hay miền Nam thì chỉ cần đến chợ, các hàng quán hay các siêu thị hoa quả thì đều có thể thưởng thức những loại trái cây thơm ngon đó. Thậm chí, chỉ cần một cuộc gọi hay một tin nhắn là có ship tận nhà.
Nói đến hương vị trái cây đất phương Nam không thể không nhắc tới sầu riêng, mãng cầu, măng cụt, xoài, dừa,…Những ngày tháng sáu, chợ hoa quả quê tôi, một huyện miền núi phía Bắc nhưng ngày nào cũng ăm ắp sầu riêng, măng cụt cung cấp cho nhu cầu của người dân nơi đây. Ngoài sầu riêng Bến Tre, Tiền Giang thì không thể không nhắc tới sầu riêng Gia Lai, sầu riêng Lâm Đồng,…Vị béo, ngậy đậm đà của loại trái cây này đã mê hoặc biết bao người.
Tháng sáu mùa mận chín rộ, ra chợ, bất cứ hàng hoa quả nào cũng có sạp mận quả căng mọng, chín đỏ vô cùng bắt mắt. Nào là mận tam hoa, nào là mận hậu,… – thức quà nổi tiếng của núi rừng Tây Bắc có mặt khắp các tỉnh thành đất nước. Mùa hè mà không ăn mận thì quả thật là có lỗi với chính mình. Mận ngon, rẻ, phù hợp với sở thích của nhiều người, đặc biệt là chị em phụ nữ. Tôi thích thái mận ra bát, trộn với muối Tây Ninh, đường kính vừa độ, ngồi nhâm nhi lúc làm việc trên máy tính. Nhất là khi tụ tập bạn bè hay ngồi cùng các đồng nghiệp tán gẫu thì thức quả ăn vặt này thực sự khoái khẩu.
Mùa hè với nước ép từ dứa là lựa chọn hữu ích của phái đẹp. Những trái dứa chín vàng ươm, thơm nức khó cưỡng, có thể gọt cắt miếng ăn hoặc ép ấy nước uống. Dứa là loại trái cây giàu vitamin c, có chất chống ô xi hóa cao. Con gái tôi sinh viên đại học năm thứ ba lúc nào cũng sợ tăng cân nên thường bảo mẹ mua dứa ăn vì nghĩ đến mục đích làm đẹp đầu tiên. Dứa được trồng ở nhiều nơi trên đất nước ta, nhưng vùng trồng nhiều dứa phải kể đến Thanh Hóa. Thời gian này, dứa ở các huyện Hà Trung, Như Xuân, Như Thanh,… (Thanh Hóa) đang vào vụ thu hoạch. Dứa theo thương lái đi khắp mọi miền. Tôi rất thích thức quả thơm nức, vị chua ngọt thật hấp dẫn này.
Tháng sáu, vùng đất đỏ ba zan Tây Nguyên cho ta nguồn thực phẩm chứa rất nhiều dinh dưỡng, ngoài sầu riêng phải kể đến bơ. Ăn bơ tăng cường sức khỏe và có tác dụng đẹp da. Bơ làm sinh tố, bơ dầm, bơ kem,…đều thật tuyệt.
Hè giữa độ tháng sáu, với vô vàn các hương vị trái cây thơm ngon, giá cả phù hợp, có lẽ trong tủ lạnh nhà ai cũng có ít nhất một vài loại quả ưa thích. Ngoài ăn trực tiếp thì hoa quả có thể chế biến thành các loại thức uống, các loại bánh hoặc làm gia vị cho các món ăn. Tôi có người em đồng nghiệp rất khéo tay. Em ấy thường nghĩ làm ra các loại bánh có hương vị trái cây. Bánh crepe sầu riêng em làm là sở thích với các bạn nhỏ trong mùa hè.
Mùa mận chưa qua, mùa vải đã đến. Tháng sáu có ai không ăn quả vải? Một thức quả dân dã, quen thuộc với mỗi người dân quê. Vải mọng nước, ngọt lịm. Nhiều người có thể ăn no mà không chán. Mỗi nơi quả vải có vị riêng, nhưng đặc biệt thơm ngon, nổi tiếng phải kể đến vải thiều Bắc Giang, vải Thanh Hà (Hải Dương). Khi có vải chín đầu mùa là tôi phải mua ngay để thỏa cơn thèm.
Tháng sáu ngọt ngào nắng, ngọt ngào gió, ngọt ngào hương lúa chiêm vào vụ. Tháng sáu dâng cho đời những sản vật thiên nhiên hữu ích. Bức tranh mùa hạ đủ gam màu sắc, ngọt ngào hương vị của các loại quả. Ta mê mải, ta đắm say trong nguồn dinh dưỡng tuyệt vời của muôn loài trái cây xứ nhiệt đới.
Thời tiết nóng nực, đi làm về, mở tủ lấy cốc sinh tố dứa, xoài hay dưa hấu,…đưa lên miệng. Vị ngọt, thơm của trái cây, vị mát lạnh của đá như tiếp thêm nguồn năng lượng cho con người, mọi mệt mỏi đều tan biến.
Cuộc sống đủ đầy, việc thưởng thức các loại trái cây ngon, ngọt đặc sản ba miền không còn là chuyện xa xỉ với nhiều người. Ta lại nhớ cồn cào một thuở ấu thơ tháng sáu trèo mít, bẻ ngô, leo rừng lấy củi, hái sim. Những trái cây tuổi thơ xưa nơi mảnh vườn của bà, của mẹ, của núi rừng dân dã một thời nhiều gian khó mà đượm thắm nghĩa tình.
Mùa đi, mùa đến, tháng sáu sẽ luôn trở lại ban tặng cho con người những món quà thơm vị trái cây, ướp nắng, ướp gió vẽ lên sắc màu hạ say.
